Cacao + Reiki

Allow yourself to experience the warmth of ceremonial cacao with the healing of Reiki — two ancient practices that work together to quiet the mind, soften what's been carried, and bring you back to yourself.
We'll open with a cacao ceremony, setting intentions and creating space for the heart to open. From there, you'll be invited to get cozy and receive Reiki healing — it's time to receive, rest, and allow the body to remember its own balance.
Come as you are. No experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

• Comfortable clothes
• Anything that helps you feel cozy and supported
