There's something powerful about combining the heart-opening medicine of cacao with the transformative vibrations of sound. I'm so happy to welcome Emma Dunstone, whose sound healing never fails to move me deeply, for a Cacao + Sound Healing journey.

We'll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao together, allowing its gentle energy to soften our hearts and prepare our bodies. Then, Emma will guide us through a sound experience, to help release what no longer serves and invite in what we need most.

This is an invitation to drop into deep rest, to let the sound waves move through you, and to remember that healing doesn't always require doing—sometimes it simply asks us to receive.
