I hope this holiday season left you feeling rested and restored, not frazzled and fried. This time of year, there’s no shortage of articles touting ambitious resolutions practically designed for disappointment. At the same time, there seems to be an equal number asking, why even bother setting goals at all?
This Saturday, I invite you to walk a middle ground with me. We’ll gather in circle to drink a delicious cup of liquid chocolate, reflect on the past year, and set intentions for the year to come. Intentions are not just another word for resolutions. They carry a sense of lightness and direction. They aren’t judgment hammers waiting to fall, but soft whispers guiding us back toward our most authentic, nourished selves.
Last year was a long one for me, and one of my intentions for this year is to thoughtfully grow this community. What better way to do that than by inviting the people who already make up this sweet circle.
