Upcoming Ceremonies
Join us in sacred cacao ceremonies that nourish the soul and connect you to deeper intentions. We look forward to sharing this heart-opening journey with you!
Cacao + Reiki
When: Sunday, October 25th | From 10 – 11:30 AM
Where: Evergreen Wellness Studio | 1414 4th St, San Rafael, CA 94901
Allow yourself to experience the warmth of ceremonial cacao with the healing of Reiki — two ancient practices that work together to quiet the mind, soften what's been carried, and bring you back to yourself.
We'll open with a cacao ceremony, setting intentions and creating space for the heart to open. From there, you'll be invited to get cozy and receive Reiki healing — it's time to receive, rest, and allow the body to remember its own balance.
Come as you are. No experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Please bring:
• A journal + pen
• Comfortable clothes
• Anything that helps you feel cozy and supported

Cacao + Year in Review + Intention Setting for 2027
When: Sunday, January 3rd| From 10 – 11:30 AM
Where: Evergreen Wellness Studio | 1414 4th St, San Rafael, CA 94901
Close one chapter, honor your journey, and make space for the year you want to create.
Join us to reflect on 2026, reconnect with yourself, and dream into the possibilities of 2027.
Through ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, and intentional journaling, we'll explore the moments that shaped us, the lessons we're taking with us, and the things we're ready to leave behind. Together, we'll celebrate how far we've come and turn our attention toward what we want to invite into our lives next.
This is an invitation to pause before moving forward — to listen inward, reconnect with your desires, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. Leave feeling grounded in your journey, inspired by your possibilities, and connected to the vision you're ready to bring to life.
Come as you are. No experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
